Shipping policy

Every order is ground and packed after it is placed, so nothing leaves the shop until your order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere within India. We do not currently offer international shipping, so we cannot take orders for delivery outside India.

What delivery costs

Delivery is charged on the total weight of your order, not per pack. Ordering three 250 g packs is treated the same as ordering one 750 g pack.

• Inside Tamil Nadu: free at 500 g or more, ₹50 below that.
• Elsewhere in India: ₹50 at 500 g or more, ₹100 below that.

When it ships

We have not published a fixed dispatch or delivery time, because it depends on the order and the route. We confirm an actual estimate with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed and before anything is dispatched.
